Terms of Service
By requesting a commission from me (Yoor), you agree to the following terms of service. Failure to comply with the terms will result in your commission being canceled or potential legal action.
Rights and Permissions
I have the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
I retain all rights to and am allowed to display all the artwork I create in any way I see fit.
I have the right to use rejected sketches and concepts for future commissions.
I have the right to protect my artworks from any attempts at theft or copying.
Your commission will be for personal use only.
You are not allowed to alter, trace, or redraw my artwork in any way, including signatures.
You are not allowed to claim any commission you receive from me as your own.
You are not allowed to display my artwork without proper credit given regardless of if a signature is visible.
Commercial and Non-Permitted Use
This terms of service does not apply to commercial use. Any commercial requests will be discussed on an individual basis. None of my thumbnails, sketches, lineart, or completed commissions may be resold or used for profit of any kind, nor may they be used as the base for other commissions. None of my artwork may be used for AI or NFTs in any form.
Age Requirements
You must be 18 years or older to request a commission. Failure to meet age requirements will result in your commission being canceled.
Payment
Payments are accepted via Stripe and Paypal in USD. You will receive an invoice detailing the commission request in an email and must submit payment in full before any work can begin. Failure to submit payment within 5 days of receiving an invoice will result in the commission being canceled.
Refund Policy
You may cancel your commission request at any time before you receive a confirmation email. Afterwards, full refund requests are not accepted and the amount will be determined on an individual basis. Commissions canceled due to unruly conduct of client, or due to attempts to bypass or abuse the terms of service will not be refunded.
Request Preferences
I will not draw NSFW content. You are free to request commissions of content outside the range of examples with reference images provided, and I will confirm in email if I am able to complete it.
Commission Process
All prices displayed on my website show the minimum price charged for each type of commission. Final prices and turnaround times will vary depending on the complexity of each individual request. Steps of the commission process are as follows:
Submit Request Form
You will submit a request form.
Receive confirmation email
After I receive your submission, it will be reviewed to make sure it meets TOS and that I accept the request.
Go over and confirm details
If I am requiring additional information about the commission, I will email you additional questions
Submit payment
After the details are confirmed, I will email you an invoice that you must pay in full within 5 days before work on the commission can begin.
Receive initial sketch
You will be provided at least one concept sketch or thumbnail to ensure we agree on the vision.
Receive final artwork
Once the vision is confirmed, work on the final artwork will begin. You may receive additional in-progress images. You will receive the final artwork via email.
Post-corrections
After receipt, you have 5 days to notify me of any mistakes or request minor changes. Only one corrected image is allowed without additional payment negotiation. Excessive change requests will be referred to submit a new commission request.
